When seeking more support for your mental wellbeing (where you can still function) chop 20-35g of the Cacao and stir into 400ml of your chosen liquid; plant milk (not soya please), hot tea base, or water, with the sweetener of your choice – whilst the liquid is heating to a little below simmering, whisk the cacao and your sweetener constantly until it is hot enough, but not boiling – then serve in your chosen drinking vessel and setting into your ‘nest’ to dream. Find your own perfect dose; begin 20g and increase to no more than 35g and make the same way, until your desired level of support is realised.
For an extra frothy drink, you can choose to use a blender that is heat tolerant.
