When seeking a gentle dream like experience (where you can still function) chop 15-20g of the Cacao and stir into 400ml of your chosen liquid; plant milk (not soya please), hot tea base, or water, with the sweetener of your choice – whilst the liquid is heating to a little below simmering, whisk the cacao and your sweetener constantly until it is hot enough, but not boiling – then serve in your chosen drinking vessel and setting into your ‘nest’ to dream.
For a deeper experience use 30g of the Cacao and make the same way.
For an extra frothy drink, you can choose to use a blender that is heat tolerant.
